Electronic Time Sheets Administration: Reports for Time Sheets

Important! Please take a moment to look at this information about reports. There are a number of changes to the system and the way reports are generated that will help you get more out of the timesheet system.

NOTE! As of October 16, 2000, all report modules now provide the ability to have a TAB DELIMITED copy of the report mailed to the Department supervisor. This makes analyzing and handling the data much easier.

Select a report to generate:

Summary Report.

• Create a detailed summary of employee wages paid, including workstudy versus regular wages.

Name report

• Create a complete wages profile for an individual employee.

Date report

• Create a report for a specific week ending date.

Budget report

• Create a report for a specific budget number.

Time Log report

• Create a report from your department Time Log data.

Work Study Award Remaining report

• View remaining Work Study award amounts for your employees who have Work Study.
