Important Notice: The Time Sheet system is no longer available as of 3:00 pm on June 19th, 2006.

Work performed on or after June 19th will be recorded in PeopleSoft. The first time you will be able to enter time into PeopleSoft will be June 26th, 2006. On that date you will be able to access the time sheet function through 'Employee Self Service' from the PeopleSoft portal page: https://catalyst.uvm.edu/

This is the "jumping off point" if you supervise employees who use the electronic timesheet system.

Generate reports allows you to:

• Generate Summary reports for the entire year about wages paid out.
• Create a report for an individual employee, a specific week ending date or a budget number.
• Create a report from your department Time Log data.
• View remaining Work Study award amounts for your employees who have Work Study awards.

View weekly submissions allows you to:

• View the weekly employee timesheet submissions file.

TimeSheet Help allows you to:

• Obtain a complete description of the Timesheet system
• view pages about specific tasks in the system.
